Appointment Information

Thank you for booking with Warren Massage Therapy.

To help ensure a smooth and comfortable experience, please arrive on time for your appointment and wear loose, comfortable clothing. While jeans and dresses are not ideal for certain treatments, accommodations can be made if necessary.

Upon arrival, please proceed directly to the treatment bunkie located at the rear of the property. A waiting area is available if needed.

For your initial appointment, please bring your insurance information and a valid credit card.

If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, or if you have any questions regarding your treatment or booking, please visit www.warrenmassage.com and complete the contact form, or send a text message to 705-921-5505.

Please refrain from smoking immediately before your appointment, as lingering odours may affect the comfort of the treatment space for the next client.

Parking

Client parking is available in the driveway. Please feel free to use the driveway when attending your appointment.

Cancelations

Please be advised that 24 hours' notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments and late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Exceptions may be considered in cases of severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, sudden illness, or other unforeseen emergencies beyond your control.

Please note that childcare arrangements and other foreseeable personal commitments are not considered unforeseen emergencies and do not qualify for an exception to the cancellation policy. If childcare is unavailable, children are welcome to accompany you to your appointment, provided they can remain respectful of the treatment environment and property throughout your visit.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as last-minute cancellations make it difficult to offer appointment times to other clients.
